Our Faculty

Music Faculty

God created music for the sole purpose of bringing Him glory (Rom. 11:36). It predates creation (Job 38:7) and will always exist as a channel for the worship of God (Rev. 5:9; 15:3). Therefore, the training of men and women for lifelong service in music is vital for any Christian ministry. Here at ABC, we desire to partner with you in your preparation to serve the Lord in music!

Why Music?

Overview

The Bible has much to say about music and strongly supports its place in worship. Paul commands Christians to communicate with one another "in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord."

Since the days of Moses, individuals have been given the task of leading others in praise and worship of God through music. The need for godly, trained musicians in the church remains today, whether leading congregational singing, accompanying with instruments, directing a choir, or training others to serve musically.
